1. General Provisions
This Public Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) is an official offer of an individual entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) to enter into an agreement for the provision of informational services with any legally capable individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) in accordance with Articles 633, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
The Agreement shall be deemed concluded (acceptance of the Offer) from the moment the Customer pays for the selected service on the Service Provider’s website.

2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Service Provider provides the Customer with informational services in the form of online courses, educational materials, video, audio, and text content, and the Customer pays for such services.
2.2. The services are not educational services within the meaning of the Law of Ukraine “On Education” and do not provide for the issuance of state-recognized documents.
3. Procedure for Providing Services
3.1. Access to the materials is provided after the payment has been credited, by granting access to the platform, personal account, or email.
3.2. The access period, format, and content of the services are specified on the Service Provider’s website.
3.3. The services shall be deemed provided from the moment access to the materials is granted, regardless of whether the Customer actually views or uses the materials.
4. Price and Payment
4.1. The price of the services is specified on the website and shall be paid in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).
4.2. Payment constitutes the Customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer.
5. Refunds
5.1. The Customer has the right to a refund if the service was not provided due to the fault of the Service Provider (access to the materials was not provided or was provided with significant technical errors that make it impossible to use the service).
5.2. If access to the informational materials has been provided to the Customer, the service shall be deemed duly provided and the payment shall not be refundable, regardless of whether the Customer actually used the materials.
5.3. To request a refund, the Customer must submit a written request to the Service Provider’s email address, specifying the reason for the refund and providing proof of payment.
5.4. The refund shall be made using the same payment method used for the original payment, within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date the validity of the refund claim is confirmed.
5.5. Any fees charged by payment systems or banks, if applicable, shall be borne by the Customer.
5.6. No refund shall be provided if the inability to receive the services arose due to circumstances beyond the Service Provider’s control, including but not limited to technical issues on the Customer’s side, lack of internet access, or the Customer’s violation of the terms of this Agreement.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
6.1. The Customer undertakes to:
not provide access to third parties;
use the materials solely for personal purposes.
6.2. The Service Provider has the right to:
modify the course program without changing its essential content or reducing its quality;
terminate access in the event of a violation of the terms of this Agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials are protected by copyright. Copying, distribution, or commercial use of the materials without the Service Provider’s prior written consent is prohibited.
8. Liability
The Service Provider does not guarantee the achievement of specific financial or other results. All information provided is for informational and advisory purposes only.
9. Personal Data
The Customer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.”
10. Final Provisions
10.1. This Offer shall remain valid indefinitely.
10.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
10.3. The current version of the Agreement is published on the Service Provider’s website.
