MY NAME IS OLHA
Founder and CEO of Cicerone, a corporate language school.
I have been managing educational projects for many years, and over that time I’ve seen dozens of schools, approaches, and teaching methods. So I know exactly why some corporate courses work while others turn into wasted budgets and a dissatisfied team.
I founded Cicerone because I was tired of seeing businesses pay for training only to end up with a group that stops attending classes after two months and a teacher who covers the same textbook topics regardless of who is sitting in front of them. I decided to build a school differently — with attention to every company and every student individually.
My team consists of experienced teachers who know how to work with everyone — from a manager negotiating with international partners to an employee who has been afraid to speak English for years because they fear making mistakes. We don’t force people through a fixed program — we adapt the program to the people.
